My First Blog

This is one of my goals for 2009...to have a blog...I did it! I cannot believe I did it?! Now I just need to do the other 2008 goals or things I've always wanted to complete. I won't list them now. I'm thinkin' it doesn't really matter because chances of someone reading this are quite slim. Just in case though, I'm thinking out loud, remember? That's the name of my blog because I do that a lot. It drives one of my teenagers crazy. Won't say which one, but it never used to bother my sweet dog. (We lost her this summer due to old age...she was a very good dog.) I don't even read blogs much. I'm not sure how to end one? How 'bout check in later? Mostly I am not really thinking out loud, as much as I am praying out loud. But, that's a thought for another blog post, I'm sure.

I have really enjoyed letting the LORD show me what my blog is to be. It is a journey, but what can be fun is having women from all over the US check out your thoughts.

    I think that is rad!

  3. I didn't know anyone had commented. This IS fun. I have to be careful not to get stuck in front of this computer...I do have a home making position still...last I checked! My question of this day has been "Why do smoke alarm batteries go dead during the 3rd watch of the night?" I've never had one installed during the night?! My husband was working a trade show and I was the official on duty last night, thus the annoying beep (which is so difficult to find at 3:00am) had to be silenced by me. Then I figured I had better replace the battery, what if we had a fire in that part of the home on the one night I was too lazy to fix it right then and there. My cat must have been thinking he had finally trained me to let him in before he meowed his way in. Oh, the cycle of 3rd watch wake up calls...hey, this might be a blog? I'm checking y'alls out right away.
